| Environment | - All Arrays with a Service Processor (SVP)
- Hitachi Remote Ops (HRO)
- HRO Service Processor Agent (HRO SVP Agent)
- HRO Site Manager

| Procedure | Hitachi Remote Ops files can be found in two locations, depending on the configuration. - Collect and upload the following data from the SVP on the affected array:
- C:\HDS\Logs (copy the entire Logs directory)
- C:\hds\datfiles\Hi-Track.dat
- If your configuration also has a Site Manager (HRO instance on a separate Server, monitoring several Arrays/SAN Swithes)
- Collect the data from the SVP above along with the following file from the server:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Hitachi Vantara\Hitachi Remote Ops Service Processor Agent\HiTrack.xml - Once all data has been collected, please compress it together to a ZIP file and upload to TUF.
